Other devices attached to the computer can block proper communication. Check to see if there are any devices (other than USB keyboards or mice) connected to the computer. Disconnect the device( s ) and restart the computer. Once the computer has restarted, attempt your process again.

When printing in the Borderless printing mode, the document to be printed slightly extends off the paper. In the Borderless Printing mode, the document to be printed slightly extends off the paper. Reducing the amount of extension may result in leaving a white frame along the paper edge( s ). It is recommended to print a sample to check that the amount of extension is proper.
