CMS-XML Multiple Projectors Corner Adjustment WUX7500 / WUX6700 / WUX5800
Corner Adjustment Projected images from multiple projectors used in overlapping projection must be precisely repositioned. Positions of each corner in the blending area can be aligned with the blending area of the reference projector. 1 On the reference projector, configure keystone (P145) and edge-blending settings, and then set the edge-blending markers to [On]. 2 Select [Install settings] > [ Professional settings] > [Edge blending] > [Adjust] > [Corner adjustment]. 3 Select a point to adjust, and move it so that the image as a whole looks symmetrical. 4 As you watch the projected images, fine-tune markers of the projector you are adjusting so that they overlap the reference projector markers as much as possible.

Menu screen when the input signal is HDMI Menus that are not available are grayed out or hidden. User screen settings Capture a logo and specify logo display settings. Logo capture Registers the current image as a user logo. Registered user logos can be shown when no signal is received, when the BLANK button is pressed, or as the startup image. Only images at an aspect ratio of 16:10 can be registered as user logos. Logo position Specify the position of registered user logos. You can specify the position after a logo has been registered. Choose from upper left, upper right, center, lower left, or lower right. No signal screen Customize the screen shown when no input signals are received. Screen when blank Select the screen shown when projection is temporarily blanked out by pressing the BLANK button on the remote control. Projector on Select a logo to project after startup until input signals can be projected. On screen Specify display details for on-screen menus, help , and warning or precaution icons. Menu position Reposition menu display. Choose from upper left, upper right, center, lower left, or lower right. Only [Center] is available when edge blending is used. Other display positions are grayed out and not available. Menu display time Extend menu display from the standard 10 or 30 seconds to 3 minutes. The following display times are also changed. Any manual adjustment values set before switching to 5-point adjustment are cleared. 1 In the [Install settings] menu, select [ Professional settings] > [RGB alignment] > [Advanced registration] > [Adjust] > [Manual adjustment]. The projector enters manual adjustment mode, and a chart is displayed.

CMS-XML Projecting from Multiple Projectors at Once (Edge Blending) WUX7500 / WUX6700 / WUX5800
Keep in mind when projecting from multiple projectors that each unit may have a different color balance. Thus, even with the same model, differences in color may be noticeable. 1 Select [Install settings] > [ Professional settings] > [Edge blending] > [Adjust]. 2 Set [Marker] to [On]. Marker lines are projected on the images. The red marker indicates the start position for adjustment, and the green marker, the end position. Initially, only the red marker is visible when you prepare for edge blending, because it is projected over the green marker 3 In [Side], select [Start position] and use the buttons to move the start marker to the outer edge of the overlapping area. Do this for each edge; on the top, bottom, left, and right. 4 Select [Width] and use the buttons to move the end marker to the inner edge of the overlapping area. Do this for each edge; on the top, bottom, left, and right. The area between the starting and ending markers is called the blending area. Shading is applied to this area, and the brightness is adjusted to match portions that overlap with other areas. After you complete settings for one image, do the same thing for the other one to specify the blending area. Adjust the settings to make the blending area for each image the same. 5 Set [Marker] to [Off].

Select one of the 54 adjustment points (in a 6 x 9 grid) for precise distortion correction. 1 In the [Install settings] menu, select [ Professional settings] > [Partial distortion correction] > [Adjust] The projector enters partial distortion correction point selection mode, and a window is displayed for selection of areas to correct.
