Remote control/Side control Specify which operations are available using buttons on the remote control or in the projector’s side controls. Beep You can select whether a beep sounds or not when you operate the projector. The beep will not sound if you mute the projector sound with the MUTE button on the remote control. Key repeat Key repeat enables projector or remote control buttons to be held down instead of pressing them repeatedly. Key lock Lock the projector or remote ( wireless ) to prevent operation. To Unlock Key Lock Function Turn off the projector and unplug the power plug. Hold down the OK button on the projector and plug in the power cord, as you continue to hold down the OK button. In a moment, a beep will sound, and the controls will be unlocked. When you access this setting from the projector’s side controls, [Main unit] is not available. Similarly, when you access the setting from the remote control, [Remote ( wireless )] is not available. IR receiver settings Select the infrared receiver of the projector. Remote control channel Separate channels can be assigned to up to four projectors so that a single remote control can be used with each projector. Using PC-Free Multi Projection A JPEG image on a USB flash drive can be divided among up to nine projectors and combined into a single, large image. When projectors are connected via a wired LAN, the projector that produces the image in the upper left is called the Primary projector and the other eight, Secondary projectors. The image as a whole is controlled by the Primary projector PC-free multi projection is not available over a wireless LAN. This feature is available with the following number of projectors and layout patterns. The projector you assign as the Primary projector, identified in the layout pattern as [1], always projects the upper-left image. Menu screen when the input signal is HDMI Menus that are not available are grayed out or hidden. User screen settings Capture a logo and specify logo display settings. Logo capture Registers the current image as a user logo. Registered user logos can be shown when no signal is received, when the BLANK button is pressed, or as the startup image. Only images at an aspect ratio of 16:10 can be registered as user logos. Logo position Specify the position of registered user logos. You can specify the position after a logo has been registered. Choose from upper left, upper right, center, lower left, or lower right. No signal screen Customize the screen shown when no input signals are received. Screen when blank Select the screen shown when projection is temporarily blanked out by pressing the BLANK button on the remote control. Projector on Select a logo to project after startup until input signals can be projected. On screen Specify display details for on-screen menus, help , and warning or precaution icons. The factory default IP address is “192.168.254.254” for wired connections and “192.168.253.254” for wireless connections. If DHCP settings are used, ask the network dministrator for the projector IP address. It is possible to check the IP address from the projector menu
