The color of the image appears odd. (The color is not correctly reproduced.)

Video captured using different cameras and settings can be aligned with the ACES color space, which offers a wide color range and high dynamic range. Color can be managed to allow users to confirm images with the same appearance even when using display devices with varying color characteristics, in different stages of production/post production, even in different parts of the world. A 'future-proof' archive ready file format is created that can easily produce current and future deliverables.

The screen shows “Failed to initialize the external sensor.” or “Failed to detect the external sensor. Please check the connection of the sensor.”

The supported external sensors for calibration are as follows: - Konica Minolta Display Color Analyzer CA-310 or CA-210

Brightness is different for multiple units. ?There is a problem with the gradation in either the bright parts or dark parts (e.g.: loss of black/white gradation, low brightness)

Does the input signal range (gradation used) match the unit's range? ->If you display limited-range input signal in full range, and vice versa, the gradation will not be displayed correctly. The unit's range can be checked by selecting Channel Settings? Color Range from the OSD menu.

Troubleshooting a blank display despite a proper input signal

-> “Unsupported”: Check whether the channel selected (using a CH button) corresponds to the input signal. --> In addition to the channel selected, the entire channel settings (including format and color range) must be checked. -> No banner: Go to Check (4).
