The MR-14EX and MT-24EX are fully compatible with the Canon Speedlite wireless flash system. Because the MR- 14 EX /MT-24 EX already comprise units A and B of a wireless flash group, you would normally set any additional unit( s ) as a receiver assigned to group C. Be sure to set A: B C ratio. The Macro Lite’s A and B tubes will light the main subject.
For the wireless setup for the Android terminal, follow the instructions below. NOTE: The procedures below are the ones for GALAXY S SC-02 B (Android 2.2). Step 1.
1. To set the sender unit: Press the Wireless Flash Button until the RT icon (upper-right corner of the unit’s LCD screen) and <MASTER> appear. The wireless flash cycle via button is: Conventional on-camera flash > Radio-based Master unit > Radio-based Slave unit > Optical-based Master unit > Optical based Slave unit. 2. To set the receiver unit( s ): Press the Wireless Flash Button until the RT icon and <SLAVE> appear.
