Changing the Image Resolution

Solution

You can choose from 5 levels of image resolution.
*It may not be possible to change the image resolution depending on the shooting mode. For a list of shooting modes in which individual image resolution can be selected, please refer to the table at the end of the page.

The procedure for changing the image resolution is explained below.

1. Press the <Power> button to turn the camera on.

2. Press the <FUNC./SET> [ ] button.

3. The following screen appears.


Press the [ ], [ ] buttons to choose [Resolution] in the menu, and then press the <FUNC./SET> [ ] button.
Press the [ ], [ ] buttons to choose the desired option.
Press the <FUNC./SET> [ ] button to configure the setting.

Individual resolution settings can be selected in the shooting modes as shown in the table below:
