• While the indicator blinks, the machine receives or sends faxes and prints documents.
• While the indicator lights, the machine has waiting jobs and stores the data in memory.

note:

Any fax and print documents that have been received and are stored in the memory will be deleted if you turn off the main power switch when the Processing/Data indicator is lit.
