Turn on ECM(Error Correction Mode).

ECM (Error Correction Mode) should eliminate such problems. However, if the telephone lines are in poor condition, ask the sender to send faxes again.

1 Press (Additional Functions).

2 Press [Communications Settings]

3 Under Fax Settings press [RX Settings]

4 Press the button to the right of ECM RX

5 Press [ON], then press the (Reset) button to go back to the main screen.
