How to set and use the Custom Function Settings "C.Fn" on the EOS 10D

Solution

Custom Functions are camera functions which you can set to suit your shooting preferences. To set a Custom Function, select [Custom Functions (C.Fn)] on the menu.

On the menu, select [Custom Functions (C.Fn)].

  • Press the <MENU> button.
  • Turn the <> dial to select [Custom Functions (C.Fn)], then press the <SET> button.

Select the Custom Function No.

  • Turn the <> dial to select the desired Custom Function No., then press <SET>.

Change the setting.

  • Turn the <> dial to select the desired setting (number), then press <SET>.
  • Repeat steps 2 and 3 above to set any other Custom Functions.
  • The current Custom Function settings are displayed at the bottom of the screen.

Exit.

  • Press the <MENU> button to return to the main menu.
  • Press the <MENU button again to turn off the LCD
