Canon Creative Park: How do I open the paper craft files once I download them?

Our paper crafts are supplied as PDF files. We have confirmed our PDF files will work with the latest version of Adobe Reader (Version 8.0).

The latest version (Adobe Reader 8.0) is available as a free download from the following site:

If you are unable to open the file using the latest version of Adobe Reader even after downloading the file several times, it may be that a corrupt file is present in your browser's Temporary Internet Files cache.

A corrupt file can be left in this cache if your computer is disconnected for some reason from Internet during the download. The download process may terminate leaving an incomplete file. In this case, the browser automatically saves the corrupt file in the Temporary Internet Files cache. When you try to download the same file again, the browser will read the corrupt file from the cache, preventing you from downloading the full file.

If you are experiencing problems with the download, first clear the Temporary Internet Files cache and then download the file again.
