Description

Select [File type], and then click the [Advanced Settings] button and select [Save all pages as one file] in the dialog box that appears.

Solution

When output file format is set to TIFF or PDF in CaptureOnTouch, mulitple pages can be saved as one scanned image. To achieve this, select [File type], and then click the [Advanced Settings] button and select [Save all pages as one file] in the dialog box that appears.
