Procedure for resetting the camera to its default settings PowerShot SD3500 IS.

Solution

Resetting Settings to Their Default Values

1. Touch <FUNC.>, then touch <MENU>.
2. Choose [Reset All..] by touching the [Set-Up] tab and drag vertically up or down on the screen.
4. Touch [OK] and the camera will return to default settings.

  • Settings cannot be reset when the camera is connected to a computer or to a printer.
  • The following cannot be reset:
    • Shooting mode
    • The [Date/Time], [Language], [Video System], and [Time Zone] options in the (Set up) menu
    • White balance data recorded with the custom white balance function
    • Colors specified in the [Color Accent] or [Color Swap] modes of My Colors
    • The image registered as [Start-up Image]
