Save as different file formats when scanning using MP Navigator EX
Choosing a file format to save a scanned image can be done from MP Navigator EX prior to scanning. Follow these steps to set the desired Save As file format.
Note: Screen shots from the CanoScan 5600F are used as an example.
From MP Navigator EX, ensure that you are in One-click mode.
Click the Save option.
In addition to setting all other desired settings, click the dropdown menu and select the desired file format to be saved.
The following file types will be possible.
Once all of the desired settings have been set, proceed to scan.
