Prevent Loss of Print Data

Select this option if the edges of the print result are cut off.

Click 'Print Options' on the Page Setup sheet. Then, select the 'Prevent loss of print data' check box in the displayed dialog.

Note: Reduces the size of the print data that was created with the application software.

With some applications, the printed bitmap may be cut off and printing may fail. This is the only instance in which you would need to check this check box.

Important: The print quality may decrease if this check box is checked.
