Setting the white balance by color temperature with the XF300 and XF305
Solution
The following procedure allows you to specify the color temperature between 2,000K and 15,000K in 100K increments.
Set the [AWB] switch to [OFF].
Set the [WHITE BAL.] switch to [PRESET].
In the camcorders main menu select [Camera Setup] and then select [White Balance] to select the white balance submenu.
Select [Kelvin] and then press <SET>.
Close the menu and then press the button. -The displayed color temperature appears highlighted in orange.
Select the desire color temperature and then press the button. - The color temperature will be set and the displayed color temperature will no longer be highlighted in orange.
