This article explains how to print a Network Configuration (also known as LAN Details) page.  An example of the LAN Details page is attached to this article.

Printing Out Network Setting Information

 

Note: The steps listed below are specific to the MX340.  For instructions for other models, click here

You can print out the network settings of the machine such as its IP address and SSID.

 

Important
 

  • This print out contains valuable information about your computer. Handle it with care.

 

  1. Make sure that the machine is turned on.

  2. Load a sheet of A4 or Letter-sized plain paper in the Rear Tray.

  3. Press the Menu button repeatedly and select Device settings.

  4. Use the LEFTRIGHT button to select LAN settings, then press the OK button.

  5. Use the LEFTRIGHT button to select Print LAN details, then press the OK button.
     

    The following information on the machine's network setting is printed out.

    *1 Only when IPv4 is selected on IPv4/IPv6 setting, the status of the network is printed.

    *2 Only when IPv6 is selected on IPv4/IPv6 setting, the status of the network is printed.

    *3 Only when IPv6 is selected on IPv4/IPv6 setting and Active is selected on IPsec settings, the status of the network is printed.
