Choose Standard in Skew Check Lv..
Follow these steps to change the Skew Check Lv setting.
Press the Menu button on the printer control panel to display MAIN MENU.
Press the up or down arrow button to select Paper Details and then press the right arrow button.
Press the up or down arrow button to select the type of paper, and then press the right arrow button.
Press the up or down arrow button to select Skew Check Lv. and then press the right arrow button.
Press the up or down arrow button to select Standard and then press the OK button.

Choose On in Width Detection.

Press the Menu button on the printer control panel to display MAIN MENU.
Press the up or down arrow button to select Paper Details and then press the right arrow button.
Press the up or down arrow button to select the type of paper, and then press the right arrow button.
Press the up or down arrow button to select Width Detection and then press the right arrow button.
Press the up or down arrow button to select On and then press the OK button.
