You can select to record your movies and photos in the built-in memory or on a memory card. The built-in memory is the default memory for recording .
- Press the [FUNC.] button.
- Using the joystick up/down select the [
Menu] icon and press <SET>.
- Using the joystick left/right select the [
] icon and then select [Rec Media for Movies] or [Rec Media for Photos].
- Then select the built-in memory or memory card* and press the [FUNC.] button.
* When selecting the memory, you can check the total, used, and approximate available recording time/number of photos (estimated based on the recording mode or photo size/quality currently in use).
NOTE: Select the built-in memory for recording movies if you intend to convert high-definition scenes to standard definition for web upload or creating standard DVD's.
