Menu options (AF Frame, AF Point Zoom, Review, Review Info, Blink Detection) are not available.

Solution

If the camera's Drive Mode is set to Continuous AF, then this setting will disable the options for AF Frame, AF Point Zoom, Review, Review Info, Blink Detection.
