High-definition movies can be down-converted to standard definition by one of the following methods.
- Using the [Convert HD -> SD] (MPEG2 format) command on the menu or the <WEB> button, convert and copy movies in the built-in memory to a memory card.
Refer to the instruction manual of the camcorder.
- When connecting to a TV or a recorder, use the bundled STV-250N stereo video cable to output the analog video signal in standard definition.
