Solution

Accessing the Driver Version (Mac)

  1. Click the Apple menu and select System Preferences.

  2. Click Print & Fax.

  3. Select your printer and then click Options & Supplies.

  4. The Driver Version will be listed on the next screen. It will be next to "Driver Version:".
