Set the correct paper size in the printer driver

The instructions given here are for Windows 7, earlier version of Windows may vary.

1. Click , then click on [Devices and Printers].

2. Right click on the printer and then left click on [Printer Properties]

3. Click on [Preferences].

4. Set the [Page Size] and [Output Size] to the size loaded in the printer.

5. Click [Apply] and then click [OK].
