Adjusting the Auto Redial settings

Set auto redialing to automatically reattempt to connect to a destination if the line is busy or a send error occurs. You can also specify the how many time to redial a number and an interval between attempts.

1. Press [] (Menu).

2. Press [] or [] to select <Fax TX Settings>, and then press [OK].

3. Press [] or [] to select <TX Function Settings, and then press [OK].

4. Press [] or [] to select <Auto Redial>, and then press [OK].

5. Press [] or [] to select <ON> or <OFF>, and then press [OK].

If you select <OFF> skip to Step 8 .

6. Press [] or [] to select a sub-menu to change, then press [OK].

Options:

  • Redial Times
  • Redial Interval
  • Redial When Err Occurs

7. Press [] or [] to adjust the setting and then press [OK].

Redial times 1 to 10 (Default :2)
Redial Interval 2 to 99 minutes (Default: 2)
Redial When Err Occurs Off or On (Default: On)

8. After adjusting the desired settings press [] or [] to select <Apply>, and then press [OK].

9. Press [] (Menu) to exit.
