ERROR: Open the Paper Output Tray - PIXMA MX410

Description

Resolve the "Open the paper output tray" error on a PIXMA MX410.

Solution

An error message may appear and the printer will not print as long as the paper output tray is closed.

To fix the issue:

  1. Place your fingers in the slot at the top of the paper output tray.

  2. Pull the paper output tray down to open it (3).

  3. After printing is complete, you can close the output tray.
