Check RX fax info

Before sending a fax, the machine checks whether the recipient's fax machine information matches the dialed number.

1. Make sure that the machine is turned on.
   
   
2. Press the FAX button.
   The Fax standby screen is displayed.
   
   
3. Press the Menu button.
   
   
4. Use the button to select Security control, then press the OK button.
   
   
5. Use the button to select Check RX fax info, then press the OK button.
   
   
6. Use the button to select ON or OFF, then press the OK button.
   
   • ON: Before sending a fax, the machine checks whether the recipient's fax machine information matches the dialed number.
     
   • OFF: The fax will not check the recipient's fax machine information.
     
     Important:
     Transmission will be canceled if the machine fails to receive the recipient's fax information or if the received information does not match the fax/telephone number.
     
     
7. Press the FAX button.
   The Fax standby screen is displayed.
