Download and install the drivers and software.
Solution
Printed instructions follow the video.
Once your printer has been setup follow the instructions below for downloading and installing your printer, scanner, and fax driver depending on which model you have. The screens may vary somewhat based on your selections and the browser you use.
To download drivers and software for your device, please follow the instructions below:
2. Type your model name into the search box and select it from the list that appears.
3. From the Drivers & Downloads Tab, Select your Operating System and Version from the provided drop-down menu.
4. The most common driver to use will be listed in the Recommended Section. Click [SELECT] next to the driver.
5. Then click [DOWNLOAD].
Locate the folder in the Download folder on your PC. Double-click to extract the setup program. It will run automatically.
Note: If you receive a warning from Windows or your anti-virus please follow the instructions to allow the software to make changes.
Click Next.
Read the license agreement and click Yes to continue.
Click Exit on the final screen.
Remove the cap(A) on the USB port of the machine. Pull the string forward to remove the caps, as shown below.
Connect the USB cable.
Flat end (A): Connect (A) to the USB port on the computer.
Square end (B): Connect (B) to the USB port on the machine.

2. Type your model name into the search box and select it from the list that appears.
3. Click the Software Tab, Select your Operating System Version from the provided drop-down menu.
4. The the MF Toolbox will be listed in the Recommended Section. Click SELECT next to the MF Toolbox download . A Pop-up Window will appear with instructions to access the download based on your web browser. Please follow these instructions to open the folder that contains your download once it is complete. If for some reason a screen does not appear most browsers will download into your Downloads folder by default.
5.Click Download.
1. Double click the file that was downloaded.
2. Click Next on the first screen.
3. Read the License Agreement, and click Yes to agree.
4. Click Next on the following two screens.
5. Click Start.
