You can enable the machine to turn off automatically when no operation is made or no printing data is sent to the machine for a specified period of time.

Turning off the Machine Automatically

You can enable the machine to turn off automatically when no operation is made or no printing data is sent to the machine for a specified period of time.

Note

  • The time before turning off the machine can be specified from Auto Power Off on Auto Power in the Maintenance sheet of the printer driver.

    Managing the Machine Power

Follow the procedure below to perform setting.

  1. Make sure that the machine is turned on.

  2. Press the Maintenance button repeatedly until the LED displays as follows.

  3. Press the Color button.

    To disable the function, press the Maintenance button repeatedly until the LED above appears, then press the Black button.
