When you have mistakenly changed a setting, you can reset the camera to the default settings.
1) Press the MENU button.
2) Move the zoom lever to choose the Tools tab. Press the 
buttons to choose [Reset All], then press the 
button.
3) Press the 
buttons to choose [OK], then press the button.
The camera will reset to the default settings.
