When clicking the Quick Help section of the e-Manual included on some of the original disks, a screen may appear with a message "This page can't be displayed". Canon has released an updated e-Manual to resolve this message. 

To download the updated e-Manual for your device, please follow the instructions below:

1. Visit http://consumer.usa.canon.com/cusa/support/consumer

2. Select "Manuals and Brochures".

3. Type LBP6030w into the search box and click the name when it appears in the list below.

4. Click the 'GO' button.

5. Available manuals will be listed for download under "Guides and Manuals". Click the + to read a more detailed description.

6. Click the name in bold text for the e-Manual for your operating system.

7. Click "I agree - Begin Download"
