Check (1): Check the USB memory format and make sure that it is not protected.
-> Protected: Unlock the security lock before use.
-> Unprotected: Go to Check (2).
Check (2): What is the format of the USB memory used?
-> Formats other than FAT16 and FAT32: Use either the FAT16 or FAT32 format. NTFS is not supported.
