Check: Is there an error message on the screen?
-> “’LUT Type’ is different.”
Are the essential tags (type, size, value) included in the file to be imported? Check the source file.
-> “Failed to read file.”
The USB memory may be defective or protected. Otherwise, is it possible that the file you are trying to import is an empty file (file size: 0 byte)?
-> “Failed to import.”
There is an a problem with the file you are trying to import.
Check whether the target file is in the file format specified for User LUT in the separate document “How to use the User LUT function.”
