Check (1): Power supply system
Check whether the LED of the Power button (of the main unit or the display controller) is lit.
-> NO: Please make sure that the AC power cable is securely connected to the main unit and the socket. If it is, then send the unit in for repair.
-> YES (lit orange): Press the Power button (of the main unit or the display controller). If the LED still does not light up in green, send the unit in for repair.
-> YES (lit green): Go to Check (2).

Check (2): Firmware operation status
Turn off and on the Main power supply switch on the back and then the Power button (of the main unit or the display controller), and check whether the countdown is displayed on the screen.
-> NO: Send the unit in for repair.
-> YES: Go to Check (3).

Check (3): Input signal
Press the channel button for the input signal and check whether the “No Signal” or “Unsupported” banner appears on the screen after a few seconds.
-> “No Signal”: No signal is input. Check the signal source or the cable connecting to the signal source, and the display unit.
 --> The channel settings must be checked. (e.g. SDI Input setting is selected by mistake for DisplayPort Input.)
-> “Unsupported”: Check whether the channel selected (using a CH button) corresponds to the input signal.
 --> In addition to the channel selected, the entire channel settings (including format and color range) must be checked.
-> No banner: Go to Check (4).

Check (4): Display settings
Check whether the Test Pattern display setting is set to “Black” or whether the “Red Off,” “Green Off” and “Blue Off” options are all set to On.
-> If none of the above explains the phenomenon, send the unit in for repair.
