Solution

In <Star> () mode, [IS] will be automatically set to [Off].
In <Handheld NightScene> () mode, [IS] will be automatically set to [On].
In <Handheld NightScene> () mode, the [IS] menu item will not be displayed on the menu screen, so it cannot be se to [Off].
