This article explains how to disable or enable the wireless LAN function of the PIXMA MG2900 Series and MG3500 Series printers.

 

Solution

 

Disabling the Wireless LAN Function of the Machine

The default factory setting for this setting is Enabled.

Follow the procedure below to disable the wireless LAN.

  1. Make sure that the machine is turned on

  2. Press and hold the Stop button until the Alarm lamp flashes 18 times.

  3. Release the Stop button.

  4. Press the Black Start button.

    The Wi-Fi lamp goes off.

    Note

    • If you want to enable the wireless LAN, press the Color Start button in step 4.
