Solution
RX Start Speed
33600 bps is the maximum reception speed. When the telephone line condition or connection is poor, selecting a lower reception speed may solve reception problems.
Make sure that the machine is turned on.
Press the Setup button.
Use the button to select FAXsettings, then press the OK button.
Use the button to select Advanced FAXsettings, then press the OK button.
Use the button to select Adv. communication, then press the OK button.
Use the button to select RX start speed, then press the OK button.
Use the button to select from the following speeds, then press the OK button.
