Description

This article explains how to print a Network Configuration Page on the PIXMA MG6620 and MG7520.  An example of this page is attached to this article.

 The example attached to this article is from the PIXMA MG7520.  The PIXMA MG6620 is not a wired LAN (Ethernet) capable model, so its page will not show anything regarding wired LAN information.

Solution

 The steps listed below are specific to the MG6620 and MG7520 printers.  For instructions for other models, click here.

You can print out the current network settings of the machine using the operation panel of the machine.

 This print out contains valuable information about your computer. Handle it with care.

  1. Make sure that the printer is powered on.

  2. Load a sheet of A4 or Letter-sized plain paper (MG6620 / MG7520).

  3. Flick the HOME screen, then tap Setup.

  4. Tap Device settings.

  5. Tap LAN settings.

  6. Tap Confirm LAN settings.

  7. Tap Print LAN details.

  8. Tap Yes.

    The machine starts printing the network setting information.

    The following information on the machine's network setting is printed out.
