How to display / save the Status Display using the Status Monitor.

If you need to save the Status Display, this can be accomplished from a PC using the Status Monitor.

Solution

If you need to save the Status Display, this can be accomplished from a PC using the Status Monitor by following these steps.

1. If the Status Monitor is not already running, then open it (Start, All Programs, imagePROGRAF Status Monitor, imagePROGRAF Status Monitor) and select the printer (double-click on it).
   

2. The Status Monitor will display.
   

3. Select the Information Tab.
   

4. Click on the Status Display button.
    A window will open stating that is acquiring the printer information.
   

5. A window will open displaying the Status Display information.
   

6. To save the information as a text file, simply click on "File" and then either "Save" or "Save As".
