Part of the image is missing or corrupted (Windows)

Solution

In cases where there are missing characters or corrupted images occur, changing the setting in [Special Settings] on the layout sheet of the driver, can correct the issue.
Try the following setting.
1. Change the setting of [FineZoom Settings] from [Auto] to [Yes]or [No].
2. Change [Fast Graphic Process] to [Off]. (32bit version, only when OS is in use.)
3. Combine the above process 1 and 2. (32bit version, only when OS is in use.)
4. If printing is not corrected with this procedure, change the setting of [Spooling at Printer Driver] from [Auto] to [No (EMF Spooling)] or [No].
NOTE
  • If printing is not still corrected, try the following process.
1. Decrease resolution of the image attached in data.
2. Print the file after converting to PDF.
