In cases where there is no sound during playback, please try the following procedures.
If there is no sound during playback even after you have performed the procedures below, please contact a Canon service centers.
IMPORTANT
Sound is not played during movies if you mute camera sounds. To restore sound during movies, drag up across the screen. Adjust volume by dragging up or down, as needed.
Increase the Volume during Playback 1. Touch the screen to pause playback and display the movie control panel.
2. Drag up across the screen to increase the volume.
REFERENCE
Touching the volume indicator displays the volume panel. You can increase the volume by touching [  ].
3. Press [  ] to resume playback.
NOTE
You can also adjust the volume during playback by dragging up or down, as needed.
Cancelling the Mute Setting 1. Press the <Power> button to turn the camera on.
2. Touch [FUNC.] and then touch [MENU].
3. The following screen appears.
 Touch the [  ] tab.
Drag up or down across the screen to choose [Mute].
 Touch [  ] or [ ] to choose [Off].
