SET THE TIME ZONE, DATE AND TIME | You have not set the time zone, date and time. This message appears each time you turn the power on until you set the time zone, date and time. |
CHANGE THE BATTERY PACK | Battery pack is exhausted. Replace or charge the battery pack. |
CANNOT ENTER THE STANDBY MODE NOW | The camcorder cannot enter the standby mode if the remaining battery charge is too low. |
TEMPERATURE TOO HIGH TURN OFF THE POWER AND WAIT | The camcorder has exceeded its operational temperature. Disconnect the compact power adapter and remove the battery pack. Let the camcorder cool down before resuming use. |
TEMPERATURE TOO LOW KEEP POWER ON AND WAIT |

TEMPERATURE TOO LOW USE IN A WARM LOCATION |

DROP SENSOR IS TURNED OFF | The camcorder was turned on while [DROP SENSOR] is set to [OFF]. In such case, dropping the camcorder can increase the likelihood of hard disk damage. |
DROP DETECTED POWER WAS TURNED OFF |
When the camcorder is dropped while it is on or connected to a computer with the USB cable, the camcorder automatically turns off to protect the hard disk. This message appears the next time the camcorder is turned on. This is not a malfunction. |

NO CARD | There is no memory card in the camcorder. |

NAMING ERROR |
The folder and file numbers have reached their maximum value. Set the [FILE NOS.] option to [RESET] and erase all the images on the memory card or initialize it. |
TRANSFER ORDER ERROR | You attempted to set more than 998 transfer orders. Reduce the number of still images marked with transfer orders. |
TOO MANY STILL IMAGES DISCONNECT USB CABLE | Disconnect the USB cable and decrease the number of still images on the memory card to fewer than 1,800. If a dialog appeared on the computer screen, close it and then reconnect the USB cable. |
