Windows Media Player and other movie player software may lack the necessary codecs, or plug-ins that allow our video format to be played. The QuickTime version included on the Digital Camera Solutions software disk included with your camera, will playback the movie clips and should be installed prior to installing the ZoomBrowser program. The movie player included with ZoomBrowser should also play back the movie clips with no additional action necessary.

To playback the movie clips in other software you may wish to check with the software vendor to see if they offer any updates that would address compatibility with our movie clip format.
