Setting the Language

The language in which menus and messages are displayed can be selected with this function.

Method 1

1. Power the camera on in the (Playback) mode.
2. Hold down the <FUNC./SET> button and at the same time press the <MENU> button.
3. Use the , , , or button to select a language and press the <FUNC./SET> button.

Method 2

1. In the (Playback) mode press the <ON/OFF> button until the power lamp lights.
   
2. Press the <MENU.> button to display the Rec. or Play menu.
   
   - Use the button to select the (Set up) menu.
   - Use the or button to select LANGUAGE and press the <FUNC./SET> button.
   
   
   
   
3. Use the , , or button to select a language.
   
   
   
4. Press the <FUNC./SET> button.
   
5. Press the <MENU> button to redisplay the Rec. or Play screen.
