Load unused paper A4/Letter-sized or larger. More than one sheet may be required depending on the adjustment. |
This error may also appear if you are trying to load paper that has already been printed on. The print on the media can cause the multi sensor to misread the correct paper size and give an error. Please try loading clean cutsheet or roll media.
