Solution

(Real Time Shooting)

Real-time shooting can be set by press the film winding mode button so that the real-time icon appears in the LCD panel. In this mode the release time lag from when the shutter button is press completely from the half-pressed position to when the actual exposure occurs is only 0.018sec. which is much shorter that in normal shooting. Select this mode when you want to be sure to take the picture at the optimum instant, such as when shooting sports events or trying to capture a child's facial expression.

  • In RT mode the focusing position is restricted to the center of the viewfinders AF frame
  • When the shutter button is pressed halfway, the lens focuses the subject and then the viewfinders green lamp lights up. For real-time shooting be sure the green lamp is let before pressing the shutter button completely
