Solution

Close the Inner Cover

Closing the inner cover to clear error messages.

  1. Place your finger in the rounded indent at the top of the tray to open the Paper Output Tray.



  2. Close the Inner Cover



  3. If the Scanning Unit was opened to reach the Inner Cover, gently lower close the Scanning Unit to close it.
