Using One-Touch Keys

Follow the procedure below to send faxes to registered recipients using one-touch speed dialing keys. You can specify up to 8 destinations using one-touch speed dialing keys.


To use this feature, you must register destinations in one-touch keys beforehand.

  1. Set documents.
    Place the first page on the platen glass if you are not using the ADF.

  2. Press <FAX>.

  3. Press the desired one-touch speed dialing key (01 to 08).
    If you pressed a wrong key, press <Stop/Reset> and try again.



  4. Press <Start>.
    When you set the document on the platen glass, press <Start> for each document. When scanning is complete, press <OK> to start sending.
