Description
How to use the focus lock mode.
Solution
|
Although "Smart AF" focuses most subjects, use single spot focusing for subject extremely small or extremely off-center.
Press the red-eye reduction mode button for approx. 2 sec. until the green lamp starts blinking rapidly (16 times/sec.)
|
Cent the AF frame over the subject and press the shutter button halfway. The green lamp starts blinking rapidly again to indicate focus completion. |
Keeping the shutter button pressed halfway, recompose the picture as desired and then press the shutter button completely to take the picture.
|
- The mode is cancelled after one exposure
- When combined with the continuous shooting mode, continuous use of single spot focusing is possible as long as the shutter button is held down
