Adjusting/Changing RX Report settings

Follow these steps to change or adjust the RX (Reception) Report settings.

1. Press <Additional Functions>.
   
   
2. Press <> or <> to select [REPORT SETTINGS], then press <OK>.
   
   
3. Confirm that [SETTINGS] is displayed, then press <OK>.
   
   
4. Press <> or <> to select [2. RX REPORT], then press <OK>.
   You will have the following options available:
   
   [OUTPUT NO] - Does not print a report (default setting).
   [OUTPUT YES] - Prints a report every time you receive a document.
   [PRINT ERROR ONLY] - Prints a report only when a reception error occurs.
   
   
5. Press <Stop> to return to standby mode.
