Ordering Replacement Parts

Canon does not sell replacement parts on-line. Parts are available exclusively by calling the Canon customer support center (the contact information is listed below).

However genuine Canon supplies and accessories are available for purchase on-line at the Canon eStore. Before calling Canon, please check the Canon eStore to ensure that the item you need is not an accessory that is available in our on-line store.

To order an replacement part, please call 1-800-828-4040. The hours of operation are 9:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M. EST from Monday to Friday. When calling, speak the term "order parts" when the speech routing system asks the reason for your call. You will immediately be routed to the Parts Desk for assistance.
