Flashes Rapidly (4 times/sec.) - Your too close to the subject. Move to at least 0.65m (2.1 ft) and refocus.
Flashes Rapidly (16 times/sec.) - The camera is in FLASH OFF mode, the shutter speed will be too slow for hand-held photography. Use the flash or place the camera on a tripod.
